All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once processed, orders are dispatched from one of our fulfillment centers.

Nuvella Sleep works with international fulfillment partners to deliver products efficiently.
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
• United States: 7–15 business days
• International: 10–20 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Tracking updates may take 2–5 business days to appear in the carrier’s system.

Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately depending on product availability and fulfillment location. Customers may receive multiple shipments and tracking numbers.
